The project "Employment of persons with disabilities through the acquisition of vocational qualification", "accounting technician - accountant", aims to contribute to employment through the improvement of professional and working qualifications of persons with disabilities in the municipality of Podgorica.

The specific objective of the project is to enable people with disabilities to work and recruit in accounting jobs, thereby increasing their degree of social inclusion. The project includes 12 participants.

After training for acquiring the professional qualification "Accounting Technician - Accountant", as well as two months psychosocial support, 7 persons with disabilities will be employed in our organization, and in the jobs for which they were previously trained for.

The project is implemented in cooperation with the Institute of Auditors and Accountants of Montenegro, and the project is financed by the Employment Agency of Montenegro.
